How to Use:

1. Place the machine on a stable, level work surface and assemble the frame and control box according to the assembly instructions.
2. Securely clamp the workpiece to the working area and install a suitable ER11 collet and tool within the supported 0.5 to 7 mm range.
3. Connect the power supply and control box as specified, then confirm the correct plug type for your selected variant before powering on.
4. Prepare the job in compatible CAM software such as VCarve, Fusion360, EASEL, Carveco Maker, FlatCAM, or supported Vectric software.
5. Save the job as .nc or .Gcode and run it using the supported offline or online control workflow.
6. Start with test cuts on scrap material, adjust spindle speed and feed settings for the material, then monitor the first cuts before production work.

Installation and Wiring:

Use a stable bench or work table that can support the machine and workpiece. Check that all cable connectors are fully seated before powering on, and follow the listed 24 V control board input and 216 W dual-channel switching power supply configuration. The TTC450 Ultra is supplied with plug-type options, so confirm the selected plug type matches your power outlet and setup.
