Refund Policy
অনুগ্রহ করে নিম্নে বর্ণিত রিফান্ড নীতি সাবধানে পড়ুন। আমাদের ওয়েবসাইটে কোন পরিসেবা গ্রহণ বা পণ্য ক্রয়ের দ্বারা আপনি নিম্নলিখিত চুক্তিতে সম্মত হলেন:
- ১) আমাদের ওয়েবসাইট থেকে কেনা পণ্যগুলি বেশিরভাগই সংবেদনশীল ইলেকট্রনিক্স খুচরা যন্ত্রাংশ এবং আনুষাঙ্গিক। এগুলো ম্যানুফেকচার কর্তৃক ইনটেক্ট মোড়কে সরবরাহ করা হয়। তবে সংবেদনশীল এই যন্ত্রাশং যদি ভুলভাবে পরিচালনা করা হয়, তাহলে এটি যেকোন ধরনের অপব্যবহার, সোল্ডারিং, ডিসোল্ডারিং, ইলেক্ট্রোস্ট্যাটিক ডিসচার্জ (ESD)এবং শুধু ডিসঅ্যাসেম্বলিং ইত্যাদি দ্বারা সহজেই ক্ষতিগ্রস্থ হতে পারে। তাই, আমরা কোনো ধরনের রিফান্ড, রিটার্ন, বিনিময় ইত্যাদি গ্রহণ বা প্রদান করবো না।
- ২) আমরা প্রতিটি অর্ডার অতি সাবধানে প্যাক করি যেন আপনি নিরাপদে ডেলিভারি পেতে পারেন। কুরিয়ার কোম্পানী/ডেলিভারি প্রদানকারীর দ্বারা পরিবহণের সময় অব্যবস্থাপনার কারণে কোনো প্যাকেজ ক্ষতিগ্রস্ত হলে, অনুগ্রহ করে প্যাকেজিং সহ পণ্যের ছবিসহ অবিলম্বে আমাদের জানান। এক্ষেত্রে সম্পূর্ণ প্রোডাক্টটি উহার সম্পূর্ণ প্যাকেজিংসহ BDTronics অফিসের ঠিকানায় গ্রাহককে রিটার্ন পাঠাতে হবে। BDTronics রিটার্ন খরচ বহন করবে। প্যাকেজটি রিসিভি হওয়ার পর এটি RMA ডিপার্টমেন্ট কর্তৃক পর্যবেক্ষন করা হবে। এক্ষেত্রে BDTronics কে সময় দিয়ে সহযোগিতা করবে গ্রাহক। যদি পণ্যটি সোল্ডার করা, বিচ্ছিন্ন করা, পরিবর্তন করা পাওয়া যায়, তাহলে গ্রাহক কর্তৃক যে কোন দাবি প্রত্যাখ্যান করার অধিকার BDTronics সংরক্ষণ করে।
- ৩) আমাদের ওয়েবসাইটের পণ্যগুলির বেশিরভাগই কোনও ওয়ারেন্টি নেই। কেননা আমরা নিজেরা প্রস্তুতকারক বা সরবরাহকারীর কাছ থেকে কোনও ওয়ারেন্টি পাই না৷ যদি একটি পণ্য স্পষ্টভাবে ওয়ারেন্টি সম্পর্কে উল্লেখ করে, শুধুমাত্র সেই পণ্যটি নির্দিষ্ট সময়ের ওয়ারেন্টি পরিষেবা প্রদান করে। তাই ক্রয়ের পূর্বে আমাদের থেকে নিশ্চিত হয়ে নিন।
- ৪) অর্ডার ডেলিভারির পর মনের পরিবর্তনের কারণে আমরা কোনো ধরনের ফেরত দেয়ার অনুরোধ গ্রহণ করি না।
- ৫) পণ্যটি অপব্যবহার, স্ট্যাটিক ডিসচার্জ, অবহেলা, দুর্ঘটনা, পরিবর্তন, বাহ্যিক ক্ষতি, পুড়ে যাওয়া, ভুল ব্যবস্থাপনা, বিচ্ছিন্ন করা, ডিএসেম্বলিং, বা যেকোন উপায়ে সোল্ডারিং/ ডিসোল্ডারিং/ পরিবর্তন করা হলে কোন ওয়্যারেন্টি প্রযোজ্য হবে না।
- ৬) প্রোডাক্টের গায়ে দেয়া ওয়ারেন্টি স্টিকার ক্ষতিগ্রস্ত হলে বা ছিড়ে ফেললে ওয়ারিন্ট বাতিল বলে পরিগনিত হবে।
- ৭) ওয়ারেন্টি পরিষেবা পেতে, আপনাকে অবশ্যই ক্রয়ের ইনভয়েস/ চালান দেখাতে হবে।
- ৮) পণ্যটি ব্যবহারকারির ত্রুটিজনিত কারনে পুরে গেলে যেমন, যথাযথ ভেন্টিলেশনের ব্যবস্থা না থাকা, সরাসরি সূর্যালোকে ব্যবহার করা ইত্যাদি কারনে অতিরিক্ত গরমে ডেমেজ হয়ে যেতে পারে। কিংবা কান্ট্রোলার স্থাপনে সঠিকভাবে সার্জ প্রোটেক্টর ব্যবহার না করা ইত্যাদি। প্রোডাক্টের ইউজার ম্যানুয়ালে দেয়া পদ্ধতি অনুসরন ব্যতিরেকে তা ইনস্টল করলে এরকম পরিস্থিতি হতে পারে। ব্যবহারকারির এসকল অসতর্কতা ও ত্রুটিজনিত কারনে প্রোডাক্ট ডেমেজ হলে তা ওয়ারেন্টির আওতায় পরবে না।
- ৯) বিডিট্রনিক্সের টেকনিক্যাল সার্ভিসের সহিত কনফার্ম ব্যতিরেকে যদি কোন পন্য কোন নির্দিষ্ট কাজের জন্য ক্রয় করা হয়। এবং ব্যবহারের পর তা সেই কাজের জন্য উপযোগী মনে না হয়। উক্ত পন্য ফেরতযোগ্য নয়। কেননা BDTronics এক্সপেরিমেন্টের জন্য কোন প্রোডাক্ট সরবরাহ এবং পরবর্তিতে তা রিটার্ন গ্রহন করবে না।
- ১০) যদি, আমাদের কাছে পণ্যটি স্টকে না থাকে এবং BDTronics এর বিকল্প সরবরাহ করতে অক্ষম হয়, সম্পূর্ণ মূল্য ফেরত প্রদান করা হবে।
- ১১) দুর্ঘটনা বশতঃ ভুল পন্য সরবরাহ করে হলে, পন্যটি অবশ্যই অরিজিনাল মোড়কে এবং মূল প্যাকেজিং সহ BDTronics কে ফেরত পাঠাতে হবে। এক্ষেত্রে BDTronics রিটার্ন খরচ বহন করবে এবং স্টকে থাকলে সঠিক পন্যটি সরবরাহ করবে।
- ১২) প্রোডাক্টের মেনুফেকচারার, সাপ্লায়ার, প্রোডাক্ট ব্যাচ এর ভিন্নতার কারনে এবং সেই সাথে সাপ্লাইয়ের তারতম্যের কারনে প্রোডাক্টের ফটোর সাথে বাস্তবে প্রোডাক্টের ভিন্নতা থাকতে পারে। যদিও BDTronics ওয়েবসাইটে সর্বদা আপডেট ছবিটি প্রকাশ করার যথাযথ চেষ্টা করে থাকে।
- ১৩) আমরা বিকাশ, নগদ, ক্যাশ অন ডেলিভারি ইত্যাদির মাধ্যমে কেনা পণ্যগুলির জন্য ফেরত অনুরোধ প্রক্রিয়া করব। গ্রাহকদের বিকাশ নম্বর/ ব্যাংক অ্যাকাউন্ট/ চেকের মাধ্যমে রিফান্ড করা হবে।
- ১৪) BDTronics সমস্ত রিফান্ড, রিটার্নের অনুরোধ এবং ওয়ারেন্টি দাবির বিষয়ে চূড়ান্ত সিদ্ধান্ত নেওয়ার অধিকার সংরক্ষণ করে।
Please read our refund policy carefully. By purchasing a product or a service on our website you agree to be bound by the following agreement:
- 1) Products purchased from our website are mostly sensitive electronics spare parts and accessories supplied in intact package from the manufacturer. If these are handled incorrectly, it can be damaged easily such any kind of misuse, soldering, desoldering, electrostatic discharge (ESD) and just diassmbling etc. So, we don't provide any kind of refund, return, exchange, whatsoever.
- 2) We safely pack every order before shipment. If any package is damaged due to mishandling during the transport by the courier company/ delivery provider, please inform us immediately with the product photo including the packaging. The product must be returned to the BDTronics office with the actual packaging by the customer. But, in this case BDTronics will bear the return shipping cost. The customer must provide required time to investigate the incident. If the product is found to be soldered, diassembled, altered in any way, BDTronics has the right to reject the refund claim for the damaged shipment.
- 3) None of the products on our website has any warranty as we don't receive any warranty from the manufacturer or supplier. If a product explicitly mentions about warranty, only that product comes with warranty service of the given period.
- 4) We do not accept any kind return request due to the change-of-mind after the order is delivered. So, please confirm before you purchase.
- 5) Furthermore, No Warranty will apply if the product has been subject to misuse, static discharge, neglect, accident, modification, physical damange, physical burn, mishandling, diassmbling or has been soldered or altered in any way.
- 6) If the warranty sticker on the product is damaged or torn off, the warranty will be void.
- 7) To receive the warranty service, you must show the purchase invoice. BDTronics won't accept any warranty claim without the invoice.
- 8) If the product is damaged due to user error, such as lack of proper ventilation, use in direct sunlight, it may be damaged by overheating. Or not using surge protectors properly in setting up the controller etc. This situation may occur if the product is installed without following the instructions in the user manual. Product damage due to user error will not be covered under warranty.
- 9) If any product is purchased for a specific purpose without confirmation with Bidtronics Technical Services. And after use it doesn't seem fit for that job. The product is not returnable. Because BDTronics does not supply any product for trial and subsequent returns.
- 10) In case, we do not have the product in stock or, unable to to provide a replacement, we will issue 100% refund.
- 11) Due to manufacturer, supplier, product batch the products shown on our website may differ sometimes than the actual product due to availability and supply. Even though we do our best to show the most up to date product photo.
- 12) We will process refund request for the products purchased via BKash, Nagad, Cash On Delivery etc. domestic payment solutions to customers Bkash Number/ Bank Account/ via Cheque.
- 13) If a wrong product is sent by accident, the product must be returned by the customer with its original packaging. In this case BDTronics will bear the return shipping cost.
- 14) BDTronics.com reserves the right to take the final decision on all refund, return request and warranty claim.
