Please read our delivery policy carefully. By purchasing a product or a service on our website you agree to be bound by the following agreement:
- Products are sold exactly as it is in its original packaging. We do our best to source the high quality & authentic products and deliver you safely. If you have any concern about the quality, please come, visit and check the product(s) directly from our store.
- We do not have any branch. So, please be careful purchasing products from anywhere else except our website and store location given on our website. In this case, BDTronics will not be responsible for this incident.
- All of our products are delivered via Pathao Courier Service. At this moment, we don't accept any other courier or delivery service provider. And, we are unable to fullfill such request.
- Orders inside Dhaka usually takes 1-2 days to deliver. And, 2-3 days outside Dhaka. This is the usual delivery time by the 3rd party courier company. It's out of our hands once the order is handed over to the delivery partner and, hence we are unable to gurantee any exact delivery timeline for any order, speed up or slow down the delivery process. However, we can forward any particular request from the customer to our delivery company assuming that, it may be fulfilled.
- Sometimes delivery may be delayed due to any incidents, holidays, natural disasters. In that case, if the delivery person is unable to reach the location of the customer, the order would be returned.
- If the location of the customer is not found to be safe for the delivery person, he/she has the right to return the package.
- We don't provide any kind of installation, integration, implementation service with any of the products purchased from our store. The products are purchased as it is. If any such services are required you must clarify the details yourself prior purchasing the goods. In that case additional service fee may be applicable.
- BDTronics resverves the right to change or cancel any order without further notice.
- If a product is found out of stock, BDTronics will refund the full payment to the customer including the delivery charge. In this case, BDTronics doesn't have any accountability or liability to provide any kind of compensation of any damage caused by this incident.
- BDTronics reserves the right to cancel, return or reject any order without any further notice or any accountability.

- আমাদের পণ্যগুলো অরিজিনাল মোড়কে বিক্রি হয়। আমরা সর্বদাই ভালো কোয়ালিটি এবং অথেনটিক পণ্য সরাসরি ম্যানুফেকচার থেকে সংগ্রহ করে আপনাকে সরবরাহ করার জন্য যথাসাধ্য চেষ্টা করি। মানের বিষয়ে আপনার কোন উদ্বেগ থাকলে, অনুগ্রহ করে আমাদের দোকান থেকে সরাসরি দেখে ক্রয় করার অনুরোধ করা যাচ্ছে।
- আমাদের কোন শাখা নেই। সুতরাং, দয়া করে আমাদের ওয়েবসাইটে দেওয়া স্টোরের ঠিকানা ব্যতীত অন্য যে কোনও জায়গা থেকে পণ্য কেনার ক্ষেত্রে সতর্ক থাকুন। এক্ষেত্রে BDTronics দ্বায়বদ্ধ থাকবে না।

- ঢাকার ভিতরে অর্ডার ডেলিভারি দিতে সাধারণত ১-২ দিন সময় লাগে। আর, ঢাকার বাইরে সাধারনত ২-৪ দিন। এটি তৃতীয় পক্ষের কুরিয়ার কোম্পানির দ্বারা স্বাভাবিক বিতরণের সময়। অর্ডারটি ডেলিভারি পার্টনারের কাছে হস্তান্তর করার পরে এটি আমাদের হাতের বাইরে চলে যায় এবং তাই আমরা কোন অর্ডারের জন্য সঠিক ডেলিভারি সময়সীমা গ্যারান্টি দিতে/ ডেলিভারি প্রক্রিয়ার গতি বাড়াতে/ ধীর করে দিতে পারি না। তারপরও আমরা গ্রাহকের কাছ থেকে কোনো বিশেষ অনুরোধ আমাদের ডেলিভারি কোম্পানির কাছে ফরোয়ার্ড করতে পারি, এটা অনুমান করে যে, এটি পূরণ করা হতে পারে।
- কখনো কখনো কোনো ঘটনা, ছুটি, প্রাকৃতিক দুর্যোগের কারণে ডেলিভারি বিলম্বিত হতে পারে। সেক্ষেত্রে, ডেলিভারি ব্যক্তি গ্রাহকের অবস্থানে পৌঁছাতে অক্ষম হলে, অর্ডারটি ফেরত দেওয়া হতে পারে।
- যদি গ্রাহকের অবস্থান ডেলিভারি ব্যক্তির জন্য নিরাপদ না হয়, তবে ঐ প্যাকেজ ফেরত আসতে পারে।
- আমাদের থেকে ক্রয়কৃত কোনো পণ্যের সাথে ইনস্টলেশন, ইন্টিগ্রেশন, বাস্তবায়ন পরিষেবা প্রদান করি না। পণ্যটি অবিকল যেমন আছে ঠিক সেটিই আপনি গ্রহণ করবেন। যদি ইনস্টলেশন বা এ ধরনের কোন পরিষেবার প্রয়োজন হয় তবে পণ্য কেনার আগে আপনাকে অবশ্যই বিশদ বিবরণ নিজেই পরিষ্কার করে আমাদের জানাতে হবে। সেক্ষেত্রে অতিরিক্ত সার্ভিস ফি প্রযোজ্য হতে পারে। পরবর্তিতে এ ধরণের অনুরোধ BDTronics গ্রহণ করবে না।
- কোন কারণ দর্শানো ব্যতিরেকে যে কোন অর্ডার পরিবর্তন বা বাতিল করার ক্ষমতা BDTronics সংরক্ষণ করে।
- যদি কোনো পণ্যের স্টক পাওয়া যায় না, BDTronics ডেলিভারি চার্জ সহ গ্রাহককে সম্পূর্ণ অর্থ ফেরত দেবে। এই ক্ষেত্রে, এই ঘটনার ফলে সৃষ্ট কোনো ক্ষতির কোনো ধরনের ক্ষতিপূরণ দেওয়ার জন্য BDTronics-এর কোনো জবাবদিহিতা বা দায়বদ্ধতা নেই।
- BDTronics পরবর্তী কোন নোটিশ বা কোন জবাবদিহিতা ছাড়াই কোন অর্ডার বাতিল, ফেরত বা প্রত্যাখ্যান করার অধিকার সংরক্ষণ করে।
