This website is owned and operated by BDTronics. By visiting our website, placing an order, or purchasing any product from us, you are entering into a legal agreement with BDTronics and agreeing to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using our website or purchasing from us.

Product Information and Accuracy

BDTronics makes every reasonable effort to display accurate and updated product information. However, due to the technical nature of electronic components and the use of information collected from multiple sources, product descriptions, specifications, images, or availability may occasionally contain errors or omissions. All information provided on this website is for general reference only. Customers are strongly advised to read product labels, datasheets, warnings, and instructions carefully before use. Any reliance on website information is at the customer’s own risk.

Nature of Products and Customer Responsibility

Most products sold by BDTronics are DIY (Do-It-Yourself) electronic components, modules, or tools that require programming, soldering, electrical wiring, testing, and technical knowledge. By placing an order, the customer acknowledges that improper handling, incorrect wiring, reverse polarity, static discharge, or misuse can permanently damage electronic products. BDTronics shall not be held responsible for any damage arising after delivery.

Warranty Disclaimer

BDTronics does not provide warranty, guarantee, or replacement assurance for DIY products unless explicitly stated in writing. These products are sourced from local and international suppliers who do not provide manufacturer warranties. Once a product is sold, it is deemed to have been accepted in good condition.

Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

All sales are final. Products purchased from BDTronics are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. Requests for returns may be reviewed at BDTronics’ sole discretion in exceptional cases, but acceptance is not guaranteed. Products that have been programmed, soldered, altered, electrically connected, or otherwise modified are strictly ineligible for return under any circumstance.

Customers who are unsure about product quality, compatibility, or suitability are strongly encouraged to visit our office and inspect the product physically before purchase.

Technical Support and Services

BDTronics does not include free technical support with product purchases. Any assistance related to programming, software installation, drivers, configuration, or troubleshooting is the responsibility of the customer. Paid technical services may be provided upon request, subject to availability and additional charges. BDTronics does not guarantee resolution of all technical issues.

Pricing and Modifications

All product prices, specifications, availability, and services are subject to change without prior notice. BDTronics reserves the right to modify or discontinue any product or service at any time without liability.

Order Acceptance and Cancellation

BDTronics reserves the right to accept, reject, limit, or cancel any order at its sole discretion. Orders may be canceled if payment is not confirmed within one (1) working day. Unpaid orders may be released for sale to other customers without notice.

Delivery and Courier Services

Within Dhaka Metro, deliveries are made via Pathao Courier, typically within 1–2 working days. Orders outside Dhaka are shipped via Sundarban Courier Service, usually requiring 2–3 working days. Delivery timelines are estimates only. BDTronics is not responsible for delays caused by courier service operations, strikes, weather conditions, incorrect customer information, or unresponsive recipients.

For deliveries outside Dhaka, customers must collect parcels from the designated Sundarban Courier office. Home delivery is only available within Dhaka Metro.

Advance Payment and Additional Charges

Orders outside Dhaka require an advance payment of BDT 200, which will be adjusted against the total invoice at dispatch. For cash-on-delivery services outside Dhaka, courier-imposed charges (currently approximately BDT 10 per BDT 1,000) will be added to the bill. These charges are determined by the courier service and are beyond BDTronics’ control.

Sharing of Customer Information

To facilitate delivery, BDTronics shares customer name, address, and phone number with the selected courier service strictly for shipment purposes. BDTronics does not sell or misuse customer personal data.

Communication and Reviews

After placing an order, customers will receive order confirmations and updates via email and SMS. Upon order completion, review requests may be sent. Customer feedback is valuable and may be displayed publicly to assist other buyers.

Prohibited Use

Customers may not use BDTronics products or services for any illegal, unauthorized, or harmful activities. Transmission of malicious code, misuse of services, or violation of applicable laws is strictly prohibited.

Indemnification and Limitation of Liability

By using this website, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless BDTronics, its owners, employees, and partners from any claims, losses, damages, or expenses arising from misuse of products, violation of these terms, or unlawful activities. BDTronics shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages under any circumstances.
