Will I receive the same product that I see in the picture?
We will do our best to send you exactly the same product. But, due to the visual difference among monitor's color output for different vendor, the product's color may differ a bit than it looked on the screen.
Also, due to difference of the product batch and manufacturer, there might be slight difference in product. Rest assured we do our best to main the quality of the product and value our customer's satisfaction.
Where can i view my sales receipt?
You will recieve an order confirmation email from us as soon as you place an order. Once we recieve your payment, we will send you an invoice via email address you provided to us during registration.
How can I return an items?
You can return the product if you are not satisfied with the purchase. But, the product must be in the same condition that you recieved. Please note that, if there's any physical damage due to misuse of the product, your refund request will not be applicable. You can find our return policy here.
Will you restock items indicated as “out of stock?”
We do our best to main the stock of our products. But, sometimes due to delay from the manufacturer or the supplier it might be delayed. We are sorry for such inconvenience.
You can add the product to your wishlist, so that you can receive a notification email once, the product is back to stock.
