Trianglelab 3D Touch V3 Bed Auto Level Sensor Probe is a high-precision, factory-calibrated auto bed leveling sensor designed to deliver reliable, repeatable, and extremely accurate leveling performance for 3D printers. Unlike cheap non-brand sensors that suffer from poor calibration and inconsistent measurements, the original Trianglelab 3D Touch V3 ensures stable operation, precise trigger accuracy, and long-term repeatability. It uses Hall-effect sensing combined with a refined solenoid design, enabling the probe to detect bed surface tilt on almost any printing material such as glass, aluminum, PEI, metal sheets, wood, or Kapton tape. This smart and universal auto bed leveling probe enhances print quality, reduces leveling errors, and eliminates manual adjustment issues by providing consistent Z-offset precision.
Do NOT buy cheap/ non-brand bed level sensor in the market. They are not properly calibrated so, you won't get the precise leveling of your bed. Their repeatiblity is not guranteed/ accurate either. So, don't waste your time and money.
This is an original factory calibrated Triangle Lab 3D Printer Touch Sensor. It is an auto levelling sensor for 3D Printers that can precisely measure the tilt of your print surface. It can greatly improve the printing precision of your 3D Printer. Features simple, smart and precise. It could work with nearly any kind of bed materials, such as glasses, woods, metals and so on.
By using progressively designed solenoid and hall sensor,It can integrate high precision in such a simple structure. To make it more user-friendly and to bring you more enjoyable printing experience we add many smart functions such as self-test, false alarm, alarm release and test mode for M119.
- Pulling/pushing hard on the push-pin can damage Touch sensor and make it less accurate.
- Fix push-pin with locking paint after reassembling or adjusting core.
- Do not remove or deform elastic material attached on the push-pin.
We have upgraded the design of the sensing cable, needle for 3D Touch.

The main functions and controls of 3D printer touch are the same as most auto bed leveling sensors, which consists of a RC servo and a micro switch,thus,3D printer touch can be used on almost every 3D printer control board.

How to Use:

Mount the 3D Touch V3 probe securely beside the extruder using the provided screws

Connect the 3-pin and 2-pin cables to the mainboard following the wiring color codes

Power on the printer and confirm probe self-test behavior

Configure firmware settings for auto bed leveling and probe offsets

Run M119 test mode to check endstop signal response

Perform Z-offset calibration after installation
-
Use auto bed leveling (such as G29) before printing
-
Avoid pushing or pulling the probe pin manually
-
Ensure elastic material on push-pin remains intact
