PolyCarbonate Solid V-wheel kit for heavy duty CNC machine.
625-2RS sealed ball bearing provides better protection from dust and oil.
The Xtreme Solid V-wheels are designed for heavy duty CNC machine. It's much stronger than black delrin V-wheels in applications such as CNC Routers/ Mills where great amount of force and gantry weight are introduced into the system. Unlike delrin material polycarbonate v-wheels do not deform under high load makes it suitable for heavy CNC machine/ robotics applications.
These wheels have been tested at 11kg with no noticeable deflection.
