This module is a square and pulse generator with adjustable frequency and duty cycle. It can be used in the laboratory where the square wave signal is needed, the pulse signal needed by the stepping motor drive plate, and the pulse generator and so on needed by the maintenance master.

• Size: 20mm * 40mm, the board has four 3MM mounting holes
• Function: produce different frequencies of the square wave or rectangular wave;
• The module output pulse is a positive voltage pulse, that is, high voltage is VCC voltage, low level is 0V

How it works:

1) Power supply: Using ST original NE555 time base integrated IC,Input voltage: 4.5V-12VDC. 5V power supply, the output current can be about 10-15MA; 12V power supply, the output current can be about 30-35MA;

2) Frequency: 5 bands (measured)

• J1 file: 0.6Hz ~ 25Hz
• The following are the same as the "J2 file: 7Hz ~ 300Hz
• J3 file: 50Hz ~ 2.5kHz
• J4 block: 350kHz ~ 6.6kHz
• J5 block: 6.7kHz ~ 180kHz
• Duty adjustable range: 0.4-0.99

6) Duty cycle is the time occupied by the high level. Frequency calculation formula: high level pulse width TH = 0.7 (Ra + Rb) C, low pulse width TL0.7R2C, pulse period TTH + TL; combined two formulas T = 0.7 (Ra + 2Rb ) C,Ra, Rb is adjustable from 0-10K;

7) Input: VCC connected to the power supply positive GND connected to the power supply negative output: VCC OUT GND where the input voltage and output consistent, the purpose of user-friendly, can be followed by power supply. OUT is the output frequency signal.
