The LuminOX LOX-02 25% Oxygen Sensor is an optical oxygen sensor that measures ambient oxygen levels using fluorescence quenching by oxygen. BDTronics provides this sensor and its related MX Board and development kit options for electronics, prototyping, gas sensing, and OEM integration applications in Bangladesh. It is designed to offer durability, low drift, low cross-sensitivity, and a longer lifespan than typical electrochemical oxygen sensors because the UV sensor decay clock only runs while the oxygen level is being measured.

How to Use:

1. For the CM-42951 Development Kit, connect the MX Board to a PC using the included Serial UART to USB cable.
2. Use GasLab software to measure, graph, calibrate, and log ambient oxygen, barometric pressure, temperature, and % relative humidity data.
3. For the CM-42950 MX Board, use the same functionality without the USB cable or software.
4. For the LOX-O2 sensor, integrate it into an OEM system using the supported UART or analog interface.
5. Calibrate the sensor using the MX Board's calibration support where applicable.

Installation and Wiring:

The LuminOX LOX-02 sensor and MX Board operate from 4.5 to 5.5 VDC and support UART or analog interfaces. The MX Board uses a MOLEX 0901420010 + 0901190109 connector. For integration, follow the connector and interface requirements of your host system. BDTronics supplies these oxygen sensing components for users building or prototyping gas measurement systems in Bangladesh. Manufacturers do not recommend soldering directly to the sensor pins; using suitable pin sockets is recommended.
