The IR2110S is a high-performance high-side and low-side gate driver IC designed to efficiently drive N-channel power MOSFETs and IGBTs in high-voltage switching applications. Built using proprietary high-voltage IC (HVIC) technology and latch-immune CMOS logic, the IR2110S enables reliable and isolated gate driving for half-bridge and full-bridge topologies.
This 16-lead SOIC surface-mount package is ideally suited for demanding DC-DC converters, inverters, motor drivers, and power management systems, operating up to 500V and delivering gate drive currents up to ±2A. With matched propagation delays, it is optimized for high-speed switching and PWM control systems.
