Light Turbo 3.0 lighting system & 14K display

The resin printer uses the new Light Turbo 3.0 light system in combination with a high-resolution 14K screen. The result: an overall better performance of the light source and faster curing of the printed model layers.

The 14K screen has a resolution of 13312 x 5120 pixels and an XY resolution of 16.8 x 24.8 µm. This allows you to print detailed and complex structures with the highest precision and sharpness of detail as well as with a beautiful surface quality.

COB light source with forward-facing reflectors

The Photon Mono M7 Pro uses a new optical design solution consisting of a COB light source with forward-facing reflectors. The technology ensures uniform light intensity within an angle of ≤ 3° and avoids the generation of stray light.

Thanks to a light uniformity algorithm, a light uniformity of ≥ 90%+ and a printing accuracy of ± 0.1-0.05 mm can be achieved. A special light-off algorithm can dynamically adjust the light-off time of the light source under the display according to the exposure area of ​​the printing model as well as the resin flow rate in order to fully expose each individual layer of the model.

Higher speeds to success

By integrating smart algorithms, 10-40% higher printing speeds are ensured. When using a standard resin, speeds of up to 130 mm/h can be achieved, while with high-speed resin the printer can even work at speeds of up to 170 mm/s.

Resin vat with dynamic temperature control

The resin tank with dynamic temperature control has a peristaltic pump and a heater. A special circulation channel ensures that the resin in the tank circulates continuously and is kept at the optimal temperature.

►Depending on requirements, the resin is either heated or cooled, with an optimal temperature of 25 °C being aimed for.

► In circulating motion, the resin needs about 20 minutes to warm up from 5 °C to 25 °C.

The practical thing about the dynamic temperature control: Before printing, the real-time temperature of the resin is measured by an automatic sensor so that it can be adjusted according to the printing requirements. The temperature of the circulating resin is also constantly monitored during the printing process. The adjustable temperature means that a variety of resins with different viscosity levels can be used.

Automatic Resin Management System

In order to simplify the handling of the resin as much as possible, the resin printer has an automatic mechanism for supplying the resin or for pumping it out after printing has finished.

Thanks to the automated device, the printer is continuously supplied with resin during the printing process. The remaining resin is pumped back at the touch of a button after printing is finished or "recycled" for later use. This saves you time-consuming cleaning and of course, saves you money!

Included AirPure air purifier

The Anycubic AirPure air purifier has a built-in, easily replaceable activated carbon filter that can effectively absorb and filter up to 99% of VOCs as well as unpleasant resin odours.

Automatic levelling

The resin printer is ready to use Sense. The device is automatically and precisely levelled to “zero”, eliminating the need for manual levelling.

Intelligent assistance systems

► Failed Print Detection:

► Resin Residue Detection:
