The integrated heat sink ensures stable operation even under heavy loads, while the precise overcharge, over-discharge, overcurrent, and temperature protections safeguard your batteries. The BMS supports same-port wiring, making installation simple and efficient, while the low standby power consumption of ≤40uA ensures minimal energy loss. Its compact design with 603310MM dimensions makes it easy to integrate into battery packs, and the 2.0mm cable spacing with 40cm cable length allows flexible connectivity.

Installation & Usage Instructions:

  • Connect B- to the battery pack’s negative terminal

  • Connect P- to the negative terminal of the charger and load

  • Ensure proper cable spacing and secure connection to avoid short circuits

  • Avoid exposing the BMS to temperatures outside the operating range (-40°C to +80°C)

  • Ensure load and charger currents do not exceed rated limits (25A continuous, 65A instantaneous)

  • Mount the BMS in a well-ventilated area to maximize heat sink efficiency

  • For multiple BMS integration, maintain same-port wiring configuration for each unit

  • Use with LiFePO4 batteries only to ensure proper functioning of overcharge and discharge protections
