1. What types of 3D models do you accept?
We accept a wide range of designs including prototypes, mechanical parts, custom components, industrial models, etc. However, we do NOT accept:

• - Figurines, sculpture, human or animal replicas

• - Obscene or offensive objects

- Copyrighted or trademarked items without permission

If a submitted model violates our policy, we reserve the right to cancel the order.

 

2. What's your rate for printing per gram?
We do not follow a per-gram pricing model. Each quotation uniquely depends on that specific 3D model. The pricing is calculated based on several factors, including model complexity, material type, support requirements, estimated print time, and a risk assessment conducted using our AI based proprietary algorithm. For example, the printing cost of a simple 10-gram cube will differ from a complex model which weights 10 gram.

 

3. Is the quoted price the final cost?
Yes, the price shown in the quotation covers the printing service for your model. However, delivery charges will be added during the checkout process based on your shipping address.

 

4. What materials do you support for 3D printing?
We currently offer a range of materials including PLA, ABS, PETG, TPU (flexible), PLA-CF, PA6-CF (Carbon Fiber) etc. The available materials and color can be selected from the quotation form above.

 

5. Do you offer 3D design services as well?
Yes, we provide complete CAD and 3D printing services. If you have an idea but no existing model, our design team can help turn your concept into a printable 3D file. Contact us via WhatsApp for custom design consultation, pricing, and timeline.

 

• 6. How long does delivery take?
  The estimated delivery time is provided with your quotation. Also, your position in the print queue is displayed at that moment. Actual delivery time may vary depending on workload, model complexity, and courier efficiency. We aim to deliver as quickly as possible, but please allow for potential delays.

 

7. What is the print quality like?
We strive to provide the highest quality prints using industrial-grade 3D printers. All models undergo a quality check before dispatch.

9. Why is advance payment required?
All 3D prints are custom-made and cannot be reused or resold. To avoid misuse of resources and ensure a commitment from the customer, we require payment in advance before printing begins.

 

10. I can't upload my STL file. What should I do?
If you're facing issues uploading your STL file, please reach out to us directly. Note that:

• - The minimum printable weight is 1 gram

• - The maximum printable volume is 250mm x 250mm x 250mm

• - Models are pre-screened and restricted due to content rules
  We'll assist you manually if your file is valid but failed to upload.

 

11. Can I make changes after placing an order?
Minor changes may be accepted before printing starts. In that case contact us via WhatsApp immediately. Once printing has begun, no modifications or cancellations are possible. Always double-check your files and details before confirming your order.

 

12. Can I visit your office and get my model printed on the spot?
Our printing lab is separate from our main office, and access is restricted to authorized personnel such as machine operators and designers to maintain quality and safety. However, you are welcome to collect your printed model directly from our office after it's ready. If you prefer self-pickup, please contact us as soon as possible before your parcel is handed over to the courier for delivery.

 

13. Whats the refund policy?
You can request refund as long as the model is pending in the print queue. Once your order enters the printing stage in our lab, there is no way to cancel the order or get a refund. If you no longer need to print your model, please contact us immediately via WhatsApp. We only accept bKash payment method for the refund.
