Installation and Usage Notes:

• Connect the spindle motor to the VFD according to the motor and inverter wiring diagrams.

• Connect the water pump and cooling pipes to the spindle's water-cooling inlet and outlet.

• Fill and circulate the cooling system before starting the spindle.

• Never operate the spindle without water circulation. Insufficient cooling can damage the spindle.

• Configure the VFD according to the spindle's rated voltage, current, frequency, and wiring requirements.

• The supplied VFD parameters PD003, PD004, and PD005 are specified as 400. Do not change these settings unless necessary and supported by the equipment instructions.

• Confirm that the VFD input voltage matches your available power supply. A 110V and a 220V version are not interchangeable without checking the electrical specifications.

• Ensure proper grounding, electrical protection, and secure mounting before operation.
