The Si2306 is a N-channel enhancement mode field effect transistor. It is super high dense cell design for low R DS(ON), rugged and reliable, sSimple drive requirement. It comes as SOT-23 package with maximu drain to source voltage of 20V. It can deliver upto 3.6A of current while providing RDS(ON) 33mΩ at 4.5V VGS.

A6shb mosfets are very rare in Bangladesh I think even they are not sold anywhere but luckily after hours of searching in google I found this website which sells these types of mosfets I am so glad and eventually I wanted to order it so bad but the BDTronics member was not responding to my message in messenger I emailed them also and after trying every possible way to contact I was failed and lastly tried their questions asking page where I posted a question about even they still deliver products or not and they replied to me and i was finally sure that I can order from this store overall product was in great condition and currently I am using these mosfets to make a brushed dc motor drone. 100% recommended product
