আসল Si2306 পেয়েছি, প্যাকেজিং ভালো ছিল। বোর্ডে সোল্ডার করে ১২V লোড সুইচ করেছি, কোনো সমস্যা হয়নি। গরম হয় না, একদম ঠিক আছে। দামও যুক্তিসঙ্গত।

আমার কাছে মনে হচ্ছে এটাই আসল। হালকা, কিন্তু কাজ ভারী। বোর্ডে লাগানোর সময় খেয়াল রাখতে হবে পিন যেন ঠিক থাকে। পাওয়ার সাপ্লাই প্রজেক্টে বেশ ভালো পারফর্ম করেছে।

ছোট একটা MOSFET, কিন্তু কাজ দারুণ। আমার DC মোটর ড্রাইভারে ব্যবহার করেছি। Rds মান কম হওয়ায় ভোল্টেজ ড্রপ হয় না। সোল্ডার করা সহজ। সবাইকে রেকমেন্ড করব।

দাম According to quality thik e. কম ভোল্টেজ ড্রাইভার কাজে খুবই কার্যকর। ৩.৩ ভোল্ট লজিক দিয়েও চলে, তাই ESP32 এর সাথে ব্যবহার করলাম। বেশ কয়েকটি অর্ডার করেছি, সবগুলোই ভালো।

Bought for a class-D amp gate driver section. The fall and rise times are actually as listed. It doesn't heat up at 1A load. The only issue is the tiny package, need a steady hand and flux. Otherwise excellent.
