• Water Washable, Super Easy Clean: Anycubic Water Washable Resin contains hydrophilic groups with good water solubility, which is can be directly cleaned with water instead of alcohol and greatly save the cost of alcohol use. Besides, it can also be cleaned by Anycubic Wash and Cure Machine or ultrasonic cleaning.
• High Precision and Lwo Shrinkage: Anycubic UV resin prints the models with low shrinkage during the photo curing process, which ensures the high precision and smooth surface. The low shrinkage rate ensures that every model is printed in good details.
• Low Odor and Safe: Anycubic water washable photopolymer resin has low odor and it can ensure customers with a better printing experience. Take a full shake before use in order to have a fully mix the functional components and fully mix the color paste in the resin. Otherwise, uneven coloring of the print may occur.

Usage Notes:

• Shake the resin well before use.
• Unscrew the cap and add it to the resin tank according to requirements, and select the right settings when using.
• After printing, use supporting tools for post-processing, including spatula, diagonal pliers, tweezers, containers, and gloves, Ethanol (≥95%), lactate or isopropyl alcohol cleaning liquid.

Precautions:

• Keep sealed and away from light at room temperature. Avoid heat or sunlight.
• Recommended temperature: 18-35℃. The printing effect may be affected if the temperature is too low. The resin can be preheated properly (not more than 60℃) before use.
• In case of settlement of resin pigment, please stirring or shaking well before use.
• In order to ensure the desired properties of cured materials, the intensity and time of light source during post-curing should be controlled.Therefore, it is suggested that:
  • The intensity of mercury lamp or LED light source is 5-10MW /m2, and the duration shall not exceed 1 hour (self-regulation);
  • The duration of sun exposure (summer) should be controlled at about 1 hour;
  • Close or long-term exposure under strong light sources such as high-power high-pressure mercury lamp is prohibited;
  • It is recommended to print in a dark room, or cover when printing.

Storage method:

• Store away from direct sunlight at room temperature (sunlight contains a lot of ultraviolet radiation, which causes the photosensitive resin to harden. After testing with light, it is not affected if it is not ultraviolet light). Sunlight contains a lot of ultraviolet light, which causes the photosensitive resin to harden.
• It is recommended to keep at an ambient temperature of 15 ℃ -35 ℃, the lower the temperature, the higher the viscosity of the resin. Leaky storage, excessive dust or moisture can affect print quality.
• Shake well before use, do not use the resin in places where there is a lot of sunlight.
• Before use, put on gloves to avoid direct contact of the resin with the skin, and ensure the room is well ventilated.
• In case of accidental contact of resin with skin, wash immediately with plenty of water. If you feel unwell, seek medical attention.
• Do not pour resin from the resin container into the unused resin without cleaning it, do not leave the resin in the resin container for a long time without use, in order to avoid contamination of the resin affecting the printing effect (for a long time, the resin can be stored either in a sealed container or in a sealed polyethylene film tray for printing, keeping the shading).
• The resin has a shelf life of up to 18 months.
